I was given the privilege at Weta Workshop to be part of the Bloodshot costume team. Under the supervision of Jack Taylor, my main task was to 3d model Tibbs' helmet from scratch based from the given concept art . I used mainly Maya and Zbrush for modeling the helmet, I actually made 2 versions, one hero and one stunt helmet. When the models were approved, we printed them using an SLA 3d printer. Then they went to the props department for assembly and then paint shop for them to do their magic. :)
